Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly ensure that all shipping and order details are accurate before confirming checkout.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and major public holidays.

All orders are shipped from Shillong, Meghalaya, India.

An order confirmation email will be sent automatically once your order is successfully placed. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
In case of unavailability:
Due to high demand, some products may go out of stock even after your order is placed. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment or, if needed, via cheque to the billing address provided. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
Order Review:
All orders are reviewed by our internal team for security and authenticity. Minus01 reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Orders may experience slight delays during peak seasons, festivals, or sale periods.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items marked as Pre-order will be shipped once they arrive at our warehouse. Pre-orders are charged at checkout, and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
During promotional periods, all discounted items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on these items.
Minus01 reserves the right to alter or end any sale/promotion at any time. No price adjustments will be made for items already purchased prior to a markdown.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Minus01 is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All responsibility rests with the shipping provider.
