APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By accessing and using the Minus01 Return & Exchange Portal or placing an order on www.minus01.com, you agree to the terms laid out in this policy without modification. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend that you do not proceed with any transactions on the website.

This policy may be updated periodically. We encourage you to review it each time you use the website to ensure you understand the conditions applicable at that time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Minus01 purchase! If something isn’t right, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Timeline & Pickup:

Once your request is accepted by our team, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID.

Your item will be picked up within 24–48 hours by our delivery partner.

Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you may be required to courier the product to our Shillong warehouse.

Upon receipt at our warehouse, the product will undergo a Quality Check. Once cleared, your exchange or credit note will be processed.

Expect exchange deliveries to arrive within 7–10 working days after QC approval.

Exchange & Credit Note:

If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative product or a Minus01 Gift Card, valid for use online or in our retail spaces (if applicable).

For returns, a store credit will be issued once your item passes Quality Check. Refunds are not offered in cash or to the original payment method.

Gift cards/store credit are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed online.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

You may return or exchange your product(s) if:

  • The size does not fit
  • The product or packaging was damaged in transit
  • The product is defective or incomplete
  • Accessories or parts are missing 
  • Returned/exchanged products must meet the following conditions:
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
  • No damage, stains, perfume, or alteration
  • Must be returned as a complete set (if bought as a set)

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are allowed only for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders and only before dispatch.

All prepaid orders are final. Cancellations or refunds are not applicable. However, in special cases, a Minus01 Gift Card may be issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE – 30-DAY REVIEW WINDOW

We believe in quality and stand by our craftsmanship. If you experience issues such as color bleeding, fabric defects, or finishing flaws, you have 30 days from purchase to raise a concern. We'll arrange a pickup and resolve the issue accordingly.

Claims made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
